paste linter should fix lints

Hi! It seems like the paste linter should be able to apply fixes automatically for almost all of these scenarios, was there a compelling reason not to do so?

If there isn't a compelling reason, would you be open to a PR to apply auto-fixes?

I don't remember but usually the absence of automatic fixes means that there were many corner cases that were painful to take into account. In some cases, it's also better to leave the fix to the user, e.g. in the following case:

I really want to avoid wrong fixes, so I'm open to a PR to apply auto-fixes as long as the tests are comprehensive.

Then again, I'm working on another linter and I want to cover this rule too (it's not supported at the moment), so maybe it's not worth your time to implement it here. I'll let you judge that ;)
