Priv Protocol AES 384 not implemented

We are trying to implement all the priv protocols for our equipments, but not all of them are in the PySNMP lib at this moment, like AES 384.

I want to know if it's possible to implement this protocol, or how to create the tuple of it, is there a guide for it or something like that?
