Backporting of HTCondor update to v0.6 #98
Description
It would be handy if the updates to the HTCondor imports to use the htcondor2 bindings could be back-ported to avoid issues with CI packages that are dependent upon v0.6 until such time as they can be updated for use with v0.7.
