Hotkeys cannot be added without ejecting the React App

The blueprintjs hotkey functionality cannot be utilised without ejecting the React App to allow the webpack settings to be changed (see https://github.com/palantir/blueprint/issues/3604).  Ejecting the React App is a one way process that cannot be reversed.  For now will leave this functionality on hold, pending a blueprintjs fix.
