[Bug]: Layouts other than English are not supported on Linux

What operating system are you seeing the problem on?

Linux (any distro)

Bug Behavior

Etterna does not acknowledge the existence of keys not present in the English layout (such as accented letters on the Italian layout). Switching to the previously mentioned layout resolves the issue.

Expected Behavior

The game should take as input all keys, such as "ò", "à", "è" and more.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Options > Config key/joy mappings;
2. Try to configure any mapping with keys not available on the English layout (?), in my case "ò";
3. Notice how Etterna does not catch the user's input

Anything else?

This seems to be unrelated to #1354, as it happens both on Wayland and on X11, and bug reproduction does not depend on second monitor.

The configuration I am using has been linked from my previous installation done on a Windows machine. Everything else (up until now) works as expected.

Yeah, we don't have any support for extended character sets beyond what's on the US keyboard, though it wouldn't be so bad to implement them.
