openeo community example in CDSE Jupyter lab

The openEO community examples folder has many notebooks relevant to CDSE. Could we link to this repo somehow directly from the Jupyter Lab?

Possible solution:

• Can the folder be added directly to the Jupyterlab?
• Or should be create a submodule as done in https://github.com/VITObelgium/notebook-samples
