Integrate new Trustlistitem into Verifierservice Database.

Please integrate into the verifier service database the new co and thumbprint field of the trustlistitem. The deletion of the items should be migrated to thumbprint/certificate instead of kid.

Note: For existing Items it must be checked if the fields CO and Thumbprint are null, if yes it must be updated.
