ARF states of wallet solution, wallet instance

HI. So ARF (v1.4.1) defines state diagrams for wallet solution and wallet instance. A couple of questions came up:
1- The states for wallet solution apply to a given release only? I would assume so but the text doesn't mention this.
2- When the state of a wallet solution changes, e.g. from "valid" to "suspended" or "withdrawn", what happens to the states of the corresponding wallet instances?
