CEN TS Functional and interoperability requirements on Decentralized Identifier (DID) to be added

in CEN JTC 19 WG 1 "Decentralized Identity Management" a TS on Functional and interoperability requirements
on Decentralized Identifier (DID) is under development

As the subject is highly relevant for EU Business Wallet (combination Identity & Transaction) it shall be recognized. The TS integrates the work done in W3C on DID and specifies it further for the use within eIDAS ecosystem.
