Ensure Quark runs with the compatible Rizin #332

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

According to the policy of release versioning, the current Rizin API (0.x.y) should not be considered stable since it's under initial development.

Major version zero (0.y.z) is for initial development. Anything MAY change at any time. The public API SHOULD NOT be considered stable.

Thus, we need to ensure Quark uses the compatible Rizin version to perform the analysis.

Describe the solution you'd like

The solution involves two parts -

  1. Check the Rizin installed in the user's environment. We inform the user whether the Rizin instance is compatible with Quark.
  2. Provide a script to install Rizin easily. This way, users can have a Rizin installed independently from their system. Also, Quark can manage it regardless of the environment.
