timezone-now.shapefile.zip still has Vancouver merged with Los Angeles

If I get the https://github.com/evansiroky/timezone-boundary-builder/releases/download/2026a/timezones-now.shapefile.zip file, the .dbf files doesn't have Vancouver in it, it's still merged with Los Angeles.

I believe the timezone database will eventually make a new release of 2026b that would then trigger a release from this repository that would resolve this matter.
