Description
Hello, I'm using two Shelly devices in series to control an infrared heater ("Bad Heizung"). Why two? The first Shelly 1PM measures power consumption and is always set to ON. Downstream (in series) is the temperature-controlled switch from the infrared heater manufacturer (which must always be powered on), followed by the second Shelly (without a power meter) for switching via evcc. Both Shelly devices are configured in evcc and are essentially working correctly. While the heater is running, I can see the current power consumption, but the actual power consumption isn't displayed, and consequently, there's no charging indicator. The evcc heatig device ist still telling "Ready. Waiting for heater.", even if heating is in progress. My AVM DECT sockets ("EG Heizung" for comparison) displays everything perfectly.
Based on the config, could someone perhaps give me a tip on whether and how this can be optimized/corrected with the Shelly devices? I'd be happy to configure them again via YAML if necessary.
Thanks in advance for any helpful tips.
Best Regards, Ralf
