Ability to refund an Interac payment client side #41

As of right now, users are unable to refund an Interac transaction which is a form of payment in Canada. According to Stripe you can only refund these types of payments client side via the terminal. https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/payments/refunds#client-side

I would like to have the ability to refund an Interac transaction client side via this plugin as documented by Stripe in the link above.
