[BUG] Ubuntu Desktop Tray Icon Issues: Duplicate Appearance, Auto-closing Menu, Input Freeze

• The tray / menu bar icon appears twice simultaneously. This may be caused by the widget, but it should be prevented.

• When I click the tray icon to open its menu (start/stop tracking, settings, etc.), the menu automatically closes after 1–2 seconds, so it's basically unusable.

• When I right-click the widget and click the Close button while the timer is running, the app doesn't stuck but after that, my mouse and keyboard seem to be blocked, and I can't do anything for 10 - 15 seconds.
