Citadel on Windows?

I'm a bit new to GitHub, so I hope I'm posting my question in the right place.
Although I'm using Windows, I have a version of mingw64 installed and run a zsh terminal on it.
Could I get Citadel working somehow?
What I'd like to do with the app is refactor/curate a library of over 10,000 titles (3,000 authors), including many duplicates (I estimate between 15 and 25 percent), correct/replace covers (over 40 percent are incorrect or nonexistent), and convert about 2,000/3000 titles from .PDF to .epub.
Calibre does this well, although the process is painfully slow, which discourages me greatly, preventing me from making any real progress. It's probably due to my lack of experience with the app, as I assume there may be plugins that make these tasks easier, although I'm not familiar with them.
Any suggestions?

I don't think Citadel will help you. It isn't able to help you deduplicate your books, update cover art, or convert your PDFs to epub.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar enough with Calibre's ecosystem to provide any guidance there, but I do know folks in places like MobileRead forum can be quite helpful! I'm sure you'll find a decent way to tackle your job.
