Apply _ prefix to internal columns in ROBOKOP #39
Description
Prefix all non-Biolink internal fields in the ROBOKOP merged node and edge tables with _.
- Audit all ROBOKOP columns
- Update field names with _ prefix if not biolink-compliant field
