Support for connecting to emulators #31

Thanks for the great extension! I use https://github.com/goccy/bigquery-emulator for testcontainers-based integration tests and local development, and it would be really nice to be able to use this for troubleshooting. It doesn't require much to support it - a new authentication option that takes in a projectId and apiEndpoint (no credentials). I've tested the required changes locally and can make a PR if this is something you'd be open to accepting as a feature.
