where is XInput mode?

The UCR is not working when i use bind mode button to button or anything else it do not detect keyboard but it detects mouse click and wheel up and down. So please help me how to solve it
I myself done some thing I deleted it so many time and unrar it but I am still facing this problem
So please help me as sson as possible
