dpaste.org no longer working, meaning extension can't be used

dpaste.org is returning Cloudflare 502's, which get surfaced as

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Mind adding some more (working) upload options so I cna continue using this extension?

I use the extension to add custom search URLs and set custom icons. It's also a handy way to generate the OpenSearch XML code. Even with this error, I can use the generated XML to manually add search engines.

Actually even Google.com doesn't support opensearch, base Firefox of course has it by default but browsers like Librewolf that remove it by default are unable to use Google without this extension.

You need a website that you control. This could be on your local machine if you run a web server like lighttpd or nginx.

Put the XML from the addon in a file, e.g., startpage.xml.

If you copy this file to the document root of the local web site, its URL would be something like http://localhost:8080/startpage.xml. This would be the <url_to_xml>.
