Route Navigation Issue

Issues :

1. On initial request that route data shows correctly but while navigating back to the previous page if the data is set in cache it doesn't make a refetch.
2. Makes an unnecessary additional fetch request while calling the ssr router upon mount.

Fixes:

1. Fixed all navigation issues including stale data upon navigation and others.
2. Fixed the additional refetch on mount even though the ssr data is available.
