How do I submit improvements to the system

Hi Evron, great work on that project. I've made some modifications to the system and I have them in my fork, in a branch:

How can I submit my modifications so you can review them and take them into account?

I made a pull request https://github.com/evron/bracket/pull/1390 but it says that authorization is required to submit this.

Hi Oscar, thanks for making the PR, I will try to look at it soon.
As far other modifications, PRs would be appreciated as well :)
