Random lock-ups in very rare cases [NEW CHANNEL SYSTEM]

This issue pertains to the new test-channel-buffers branch.

Opening the GUI of a plugin that uses Cyma, or leaving the GUI open for a long time, can lead to a lock-up.

This seems to be due to blinkcast spin-locking on push.

This error seems to pop up very quickly on benchmark-lots-of-visualizers due to the huge amount of visualizers. I'll try re-working the channel system.
