vizia-plug seems to be coming along great. I'd love for cyma to be able to make use of the performance improvements in VIZIA 0.2.0!

Plan:

• Experimentally re-write cyma using vizia-plug and VIZIA >=0.3.0
• Eventually merge if and when vizia-plug replaces nih-plug-vizia
