Best practice to zero downtime for inertia [question]

Sorry for my newbie question, I'm new in docker or octane, previously I just install manual php, supervisor on my vps server

I have some question:

• how to zero downtime to rebuild inertia, if just frontend we update
• how to zero downtime to update just php only
• how to zero downtime if just update .env
• how to zero downtime if want to run migrate, seeder or other artisan command
• how to zero downtime if just want to reset queue/reverb/octane

I read you makefile, but I still not understand the practical if on live production server especially when script updated, I worry if I rebuild or down the app will downtime

Is possible to add some new readme, or add new command on makefile, to make more clear for real operation ?

I try to instruct AI to add makefle but the makefile just very complex, complicated and not working. I hope if creator or maintainer who create the command will effective.

I think the best and easiest way is to do blue/green deployment. Basically you have two instances, when you get an update you point your web server to the other instance and build the other one etc ...
