What is the cron expression should be?

I am a newer that learn the cron expression. I want to use cron expression to achieve following requirements schedule. But i don't know how to write cron expression.

For example, i want to execute every 5 minutes during 16:20 pm and 18:40 pm every day. But it seems the one cron expression can't complete it. Any one has an good idea?
