Remove URL shortening magic

Situation

The BFSC up to version 2.2.1 offers URL-shortening magic that takes parts of the URL from the profile. This only serves to confuse the user.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Removed options host, port, bucket and protocol from the config
2. Integration test proves that configuration of TLS certificate for BFS server works with default profile
3. Integration test proves that configuration of TLS certificate for BFS server works with named profile
