Restore Python 3.14

Summary

Due to exasol/pytest-plugins#133, we have temporarily removed Python 3.14 from the supported Python versions:

• in the CI via the PROJECT_CONFIG in the noxconfig.py
• in the pyproject.toml

Once this has been resolved in the pytest-exasol-backend, we should reinstate it here.
