v0.1.0 -- The first release!

🎉 This is the first published release of blog in a box. Our goal is to get some folks using it, iterate a bit, and hopefully get to a v1.0 release.

✨ Features so far ✨

Overall, the product now includes:

• A Jekyll blog with the minimal mistakes theme that is published to a domain name, https://bloginaboxdemo.com.
• A dev container that makes it possible to work on the blog from within a VS Code dev container or GitHub Codespaces. Includes recommended VS Code extensions installed by default, shortcut commands to do things, and additional tooling to support those commands.
• GitHub Actions for spellchecking, markdown linting, building the Jekyll blog, scheduling posts, and deleting merged PR branches.
• Code Tours for introducing the different parts of how things work in the codebase. Somone can open the repository in VS Code and use the code tours for a guided tour.
• Comments enabled via Giscus
• Scheduled publishing enabled so folks can write posts in the future
• Guidance -- in the form of blog posts also published to https://bloginaboxdemo.com -- on how to install, use, run, and deploy the blog in a box functionality. Also includes how to enable Giscus discussions, scheduled posts, Netlify preview of posts, etc.
