Don't count future holidays in over/under

My time summarizer currently states that I'm 18.25 hours over, but 16 of those hours are actually the thanksgiving holiday coming up at the end of this pay period.

Since I know those days are coming up, it would be great not to include them in the over/under total until they're already here. 

Not sure if we want to apply this to future holiday hours, or all future hours.
