Cannot replace ID of Heading

With

## Header

I get something like

<h2>Header<a class="headerlink" href="#header" title="Permalink to this headline"></a></h2>

But using something like this:

(other_header)=
## Header

I cannot replace the header id with other_header, but it does something entirely different:

<span id="other_header"></span>
<h2>Header<a class="headerlink" href="#header" title="Permalink to this headline"></a></h2>

Is there any way of stopping MyST to automatically assign IDs to headers, so we can replace them with custom ones?

Because using this on

## ![Image Header](Path/To/Image) Title

Generates a Header-ID of image-header-title.

Replacing the Id with

(title)=
## ![Image Header](Path/To/Image) Title

would make this much easier.
