It is now possible to pass functions to other functions in Cairo, see https://github.com/starkware-libs/cairo/releases/tag/v2.9.0

I can take a look at this after Christmas. It should be pretty straightforward.

An update is that I've got most of the tests passing, just not the ByteArray ones. I'm going to try something different this upcoming week.
