Refactoring explanations for Paint By Number

I was going through the problem statement where it discusses that we can get bit size for instances from a variable. Shouldn't we be talking instead of let bindings especially in the context of Elixir-based problems?

I am bringing up the topic and wondering if accepted whether I could just make the quick adjustment?

Neither of those is exactly "bit size for instances from a variable" so I'm not sure which one you're referring to.
