[UI enhancement]: Hover Effect Not Working on Button

When hovering over the Enroll Now button, no hover effect is shown. The UI feels static and doesn’t provide feedback to the user. A hover effect should appear to indicate interactivity.

• Go to the page where the button is displayed .
• Move the mouse cursor over the button.
• Observe that there is no visual hover effect.
