General Moderation Commands

Acceptance Criteria

Fully functioning general moderations commands to include:

• Timeout
• Kick
• Ban

These commands should be able to be scoped to the server and be able to be used globally. A optional scope argument should be included which can be either SERVER or GLOBAL. Subcommands should also be created to give moderators the option to kick/ban players from the Roblox game via discord.
