Description
Acceptance Criteria
Fully functioning quota commands to allow department HRs to manage department quotas. A JSON quota configuration file should be uploaded to SDAI for each server.
The functionality should be implemented as a REST API, the command should utilise this API and should not implement functionality (ie. should be able to manage quota completely through the API).
