Acceptance Criteria
Fully functional API endpoint to view statistics regarding the applications for a certain scope. Statistics should include but are not limited to: the amount of pending applications, applications read over the past 24 hours, applications accepted/denied over the past 24 hours. This endpoint can be implemented as a Discord command at a later point.
