Does HSiFS hit a damage cap during releases? #4

HSiFS releases use radial damage sources on the player that I believe are added to the subtotal that gets capped by the damage cap. (00445b70) Damage from ECLplus likely does not get capped.

The question is, if a player is shooting and uses a highly damaging release like Spring or Doyou, can it hit the damage cap? Should something similar happen in seasonize? How?
