Add ability to link to playground with query pre-populated.

We have an internal tool we'd like to integrate into the SQL explorer. One step we could take to get there is to add a link on this tool's UI to send the user straight to the SQL explorer playground with a query pre-populated. Would this be possible to add?

it's there! The little icon on the right-hand side of this screenshot will do just that
