Value error when training spacy pipeline

Hi, I am trying to fine tune the SCISPACY LG model for latest spacy. When using the pipeline on the legacy 3.0 Spacy environment to fine tune the model, I am getting a value error. I request you to let me know how to fix this.. Am attaching the error log file, data that was used for training, and the spacy info files. Awaiting your reply. Thanks. Bala

Hi All, I worked around this issue by re-training improperly fine tuned model back from latest Spacy env. It works fine now. Thanks a lot.
