Breaking text commands into CRUD data

Hello everyone,
I want to create an assistant on my page, that converts a voice command to text and then and breaks it down into useful data. For example:

Text
"Create a task named #### in project %%% and assign me to it."

Response
operation: "create"
taskName: "####"
assignedUsers: "user1"
projectName: "%%%"

Based on the response I'd be able to use that data to create records in database.

I'm quite new to this library and I'd like someone more experienced to point me in the right direction. The question is, do you have any suggestions on how should I start? Maybe you did similar projects? What problems should I be worried about?
