Suggestion: Normalize or Translate the parsing labels for German and English dependency labelling

Hey, thank you for your great work behind spacy.

When comparing the dependency taggs of the German and the English dependency parser, I saw that
they differ:

English: ROOT, acl, acomp, advcl, advmod,...
German: ROOT, ac, adc, ag, ams,...

Since I did not see that there is a direct translation (in particular for the German label mo),
I was wondering wether there is in general 1:1 correspondence between the labels (potentially in combination with the POS taggs) and if you could normalize both labelling systems to a standart.
