Term extraction of medical guidelines in German?

I am the (technical) architect of the onkopedia.com platform, a website that provide the medical guidelines for diseases in the field of oncology and hematology.

The guidelines are mostly in German and we are looking into automatic feature and term extraction of guideline like this one.

We are interested in medical terms, names of active substances, names of medications etc.

Anyone with a pointer to related models in German in this field?
