Description of the feature

Use eas update instead of expo publish

Motivation

Now that EAS Update is in preview, it would be cool to be able to use expo-preview-action with EAS Update

I managed to easily replicate this action manually so I don't think it's high priority but it would be a nice to have once EAS Update is in general availability.
