Document Server Options #13
Description
The server has a number of CLI options, each of which also has an environment variable thanks to yargs, and some of these have defaults and specific usage. The documentation in the GitHub repo should contain a generated table of all of these so that users can quickly look up what their configuration options are without having to run the CLI. This is particularly useful for those configuring the container in kubernetes.
