Organize website assets

I think it is better to organize our website assets before moving forward with design changes.

folder structure:

folders need to move into assets : css, js, fonts, images

Yep, I think that would be a good idea, but only as long as the PR that’s opened doesn’t change anything in those files. There aren’t any important PRs that modify those files, so go ahead.
