Improve design for api, docs and blogs pages

This is a minor redesign improves the Express.js website’s UI and usability across both dark and light modes. The update includes navbar, layout, spacing, color, and typography tweaks to create a more modern and consistent look.

Task to do

• Fix Content Overflow on API Pages for Mobile Devices #1831 || fix: content overflow on small screen  #1948
• Bring consistency in header and footer design || chore: refactor footer and header icons #1962
• refactoring from jQuery to modern JavaScript #1590 || chore: ♻️ remove jquery #1964
• add table of contents #1760
• Reduce the number of links in the menu. #1780
• Increase the font size #1755
• Increase the space between the lines #1754
• audit website for accessibility issues #1753
• (a11y) -- menu is broken at higher zoom levels #1731
• Make full size nav breakpoint max of 960px #1704

I am thinking of dividing into three PR's. Some of the issues are interlinked like (#1780, #1731, #1704), (#1755, #1754), (#1753). Let me know if I am missing any other issue interlinked to these issues.
