Multiple classes/Testcases in one extent Report

I am new to c#(visual studio) and currently i have done coding for 1 extent report for 1 test case, which was tough , but somehow i achieved to get all the test steps in extent report but now i am faced with new requirement by client

1 extent report for 3 testcase - Test case include sections-personal info+photo upload+document uploading+family member detail

can someone please help me how to incorporate all 3 testcases in 1 extent report. - any sample code, video

in selenium we use TestNG and we select the testcase >> right click and create TestNG and xmlfile get generated
but how to do that in visual studio,
