Add VAT number to invoice

**What?**
Add a EU VAT number as a custom field to a generated Stripe invoice. 

**Why?**
In some countries this is a requirement and there are financial departments in companies that really want this.

**How?**
Stripe offers this through custom fields. In the Extiverse Dashboard the customer could enter an EU VAT ID, which we could validate and then put through.
