Improve `#[php]` attribute documentation

After commit 90dfe33
php class name assignment broken.

Sample:

#[php_class(name = "Test\\Bug")]
pub struct TestBug {}

#[php_impl]
impl TestBug {
    const TEXT: &str = "issue";
}

In php script does not work Test\Bug::TEXT
and it works TestBug::TEXT

Thanks. now I see #[php(rename = case)] - Changes the case of the class name
It is worth mentioning this somehow more clearly and not in one inconspicuous line..

If attribute parameters are now set using #[php(key=value)], why #[php_module(startup = "startup_function")] old format?

may be so?
