Change `rename` to something more distinct

Also, name and rename may be pretty confusing. I would rename rename to to_case or change_case. Literally anything would be better than rename.

And probably even more importantly, make rename = none default option if name is explicitly set. Some default renaming is fine if you haven't named it yourself, but if you have, it may be frustrating.
